Danny Hughes

Danny is a founding partner in RightWay Technology and heads up the network administration and backup/recovery divisions. He previously served as the IT Director of Knobias until March 2009. While at Knobias, he was responsible for all their databases, backup/recovery, servers, desktops, and all other IT services. He loved to research new technologies to help the company run more efficiently. Prior to Knobias, Danny served as Manager of End User computing at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He was with UMC for a total of 9 years. He Graduated from Belhaven College with a B.S. degree in Computer Science and Business Administration.

Ken Ivey

Ken is a founding partner in RightWay Technology and heads up the networking and application development divisions. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Knobias, Inc beginning in June 2007 and served as the company's Chief Information Officer from 1999 to June 2007. He was responsible for the design and implementation of all IT technical aspects of Knobias' operations and product lines. Prior to Knobias, Ken served as Manager of Network Support at the University of Mississippi Medical Center for six years. He graduated with his Masters of Engineering Science in Computer Science degree and a B.A. degree from the University of Mississippi.
